NYS has the right to replace teams, fill divisions or even out divisions any time at it’s discretion.
Once division is full no other teams will be accepted. First come first serve. Only a fully paid fee locks in your spot.
ALL PLAYERS AND TEAMS MUST BE CERTIFIED using our new third party certification system at NATIONAL SPORTS ID which is used by AAU and other top tournaments and sports organizations.

Tournament Fee: $1295.00
$500.00 deposit must be paid by March 13 to reserve your spot and “NO REFUNDS” will be given.
Entire balance must be paid by Monday May 4th or you will lose your spot and “NO REFUND” will be given of any fees that have been paid.

ABOUT NATIONAL SPORTS ID
VERIFIED PLAYERS AND TEAMS DO NOT HAVE TO CARRY AGE/GRADE DOCUMENTS TO EVENTS!
We at National Youth Sports are very proud to announce a partnership with National Sports ID to help maintain the integrity of our players and tournament.
National Sports ID is an online service that verifies the age/grade of youth athletes by providing approved Sports ID Cards.
PLEASE take the 10-15 minutes to register yourself for an account, create a team and invite your players to get verified Sports ID Cards. The NSID customer service team is on call to assist you and all your players through the simple process.
The cost for the Sports ID is just $10 for the tournament.

POOL DIVISION RULES
4 & 6 TEAM DIVISIONS
There will be 1 pool of 4 or 6 teams. Each team will play three teams in their pool. After Pool play the top 2 teams in the pool will move on to the Championship game which can be played on Saturday June 27th or Sunday June 28th.
8, 10 & 12 TEAM DIVISIONS
There will be two pools, 8 team division will have 2 pools of 4, 10 team division will have 1 Pool of 4 and 1 Pool of 6 and 12 team division will have 2 pools of 6. Each team will play three teams in their pool. The top 2 teams in each pool will move on to the semifinal round. Pool A number 1 seed will play Pool B number 2 seed and Pool A number 2 seed will play Pool B number 1 seed. Winners will move on to the Championship game. Semifinals on Saturday June 27th and Championship game on June 28th.
14 TEAM DIVISIONS
There will be two pools, 14 team division will have 1 pool of 8 and 1 pool of 6. Each team will play three teams in their pool. The top 2 teams in each pool will move on to the semifinal round. Pool A number 1 seed will play Pool B number 2 seed and Pool A number 2 seed will play Pool B number 1 seed. Winners will move on to the Championship game. Semi-Finals on Saturday June 27th and Championship game on June 28th.
16 TEAM DIVISIONS
There will be four pools, 16 team division will have 4 pools of 4. Each team will play three teams in their pool. The top team in each pool will move on to the semifinal round. Pool A number 1 seed will play Pool B number 2 seed and Pool A number 2 seed will play Pool B number 1 seed. Pool C number 1 seed will play Pool D number 2 seed and Pool C number 2 seed will play Pool D number 1 seed. Winners will move on to the Championship game. Semi-Finals on Saturday June 27th and Championship game on June 28th.
5, 7, 9, 11, 13 TEAM DIVISIONS
TEAMS IN A DIVISION WITH AN ODD NUMBER OF TEAMS DUE TO A LATE WITHDRAWAL OR LACK OF ENTRIES MAY HAVE A DOUBLE HEADER OR A BYE DAY DETERMINED BY DRAW. POOLS WILL HAVE AN ODD NUMBER OF TEAMS
TIE BREAKERS
Tie breakers will be decided in the following order:
- Win/Loss Record
- Head to Head record
- Points scored and Points Against Differential.
- Total Points Scored
- Coin Toss

The NYS National Championship Tournament has partnered with EventConnect for the upcoming tournament as its official accommodations provider.
